I was once captain of my school's cheerleading team and that was pretty fun, but on a more serious note, I have been an older sibling and have had to be a maternal figure to my younger sister since we did not have one present and I feel that has shaped me in ways that will benefit how I handle my adult life.
The job description seemed very interesting to me since you get to show your UTSA pride and show off why your university is great.
Don't be intimated when entering college and just know that if you feel that you're not doing enough, that you really are. It is okay to fall short sometimes and it's only human of us to feel insecure about our future at times, but I promise you, as long as you keep pushing through and do whatever you're capable of doing, you will be okay. So, ulitmately, just know that you will be okay :)
Before UTSA, I felt lost in life and I was very shy and coming here has opened doors of opportunites for both my eduation and personal life and I am very thankful for all UTSA has done for me.
